Music From The Empty Quarter

#8 - (UK)

Bootsector RML1 CD

According to Remyl, devout Norwegian cyberpunks, the human race has put its trust in technology to the extent that now mistrust nature. Today's urban people are enslaved by their totally technological surroundings. The technology and science of today are the nemesis of modern man apparently. There's absolutely nothing organic on this CD. Remyl are best described in their own words: " cyber-trash-techno-synth-punkscape". Usually when a band employs such heavy imagery the music itself is all too often fairly lightweight. Remyl are utterly convinced, and convincing. Although upon their vision of cybernetic perfection, they show us an interesting interpretation of the path to be followed.
